Tickets and Attendance

- Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or transferred without our written consent.

- Valid photo ID may be required for entry, especially for age-restricted areas.
- Ticket holders consent to security searches upon entry to the event.
- No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled or significantly rescheduled.

By attending the Expo, you acknowledge that photographs and recordings may be taken that include your image or voice, and you consent to our use of these materials for promotional purposes.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy for Aussie Game Expo tickets is as follows:
- Event Cancellation: If we cancel the entire event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date.
- Event Rescheduling: If we significantly reschedule the event (by more than 30 days), you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
- Partial Event Cancellation: If portions of the event are canceled or modified, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion, depending on the significance of the changes.
- Unable to Attend: If you are unable to attend for personal reasons, including illness, we do not offer refunds but may allow you to transfer your ticket to another person or to a future event, subject to an administration fee.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days and issued to the original payment method.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and include your order number and reason for the request.
Code of Conduct
All attendees, exhibitors, speakers, volunteers, and staff at the Aussie Game Expo must adhere to our Code of Conduct. We are committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion.
Prohibited behavior includes:
- Harassment or intimidation of any kind.
- Disruptive, discriminatory, or offensive language or imagery.
- Stalking, following, or unwanted photography or recording.
- Sustained disruption of talks or other events.
- Inappropriate physical contact or unwelcome sexual attention.
- Advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviors.
Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the event organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender, expulsion from the event with no refund, or reporting to local law enforcement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Australian Gaming Events Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our website or event.
- Any conduct or content of any third party at our event, including exhibitors, attendees, or unauthorized users.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
- Any viruses or other malicious code that may affect your equipment due to your access to or use of our website.
- Any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind incurred in connection with your attendance at our event.
This limitation applies regardless of whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Australian Gaming Events Pty Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
