We offer a dedicated Family Zone with age-appropriate games and activities for younger visitors. All attendees under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and parents are advised to check content ratings for specific games their children may play, as some demos may feature content not suitable for all audiences.
Health and safety remain our top priorities. While specific protocols will follow current public health guidelines closer to the event, we anticipate implementing enhanced sanitation stations throughout the venue, regular disinfection of high-touch surfaces and demo equipment, improved ventilation systems, and contactless check-in options. Our flexible refund policy ensures attendees can receive full refunds should they experience symptoms or if public health conditions require changes to the event format. Updates to our safety protocols will be communicated via email to all ticket holders.
The Expo features both professional invitational tournaments and open competitions across multiple games and platforms. Amateur tournaments require pre-registration through our website (opening three months before the event) and typically include categories for various skill levels and age groups.
